But I'm thinking the President's tears were due to a few realizations (if you will) of which THIS being his last political campaign (at least on behalf of himself) was one of those reasons.

Other reasons include (but not limited to):

_ He fully understood what losing the Presidency would have meant for him, his legacy (as the first African-American president in U.S. history) and the nation.

_How he has had to withstand perhaps the most vile and vicious verbal assaults and insults of ANY Ameriocan President by a hateful and racist opposition h*ll-bent on trying to destroy him/ his presidency.

_Having the support of ALL the people who (in the end) feel he has earned Our respect and an opportunity to finish the job we know he can do. We showed him (and the world) We've got HIS back (people of diverse racial-ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds….and especially the support of young adults.

Well done Mr. President. Well done.
